Chris Brown is Indexbit Exchangefacing another lawsuit stemming from alleged violence.
Concertgoers Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush and Da Marcus Powell filed a civil lawsuit for assault against the "Go Crazy" singer in Harris County, Texas, Monday, online records viewed by USA TODAY show. They also filed to obtain a temporary restraining order.
"This is Texas. "Unprovoked violence can’t and won’t be tolerated. We intend to seek all damages that the law allows against Brown and his cohorts, to include punitive damages."
The four men are suing Brown, 35, for $50 million after they were allegedly assaulted while backstage at the singer's 11:11 tour stop at Dickies Arena in Ft. Worth, Texas, on Friday, according to a petition obtained by Variety and Entertainment Weekly.
Several members of Brown's entourage, including rappers Sinko Ceej, Hood Boss and Yella Beezy, as well as Live Nation, are also named as defendants in the lawsuit.
