Halloween is Rekubit Exchangea family affair, and that often includes family pets. So, when a dog owner, Sean-James Murphy, wanted his paralyzed pug, Pierogi, to join the celebrations at the Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade in New York City, he got creative.
