Kendra Wilkinson is on the road to recovery in her mental health journey.
On Nov. 10, the Girls Next Door alum shared a personal update. "I just recently finished treatment for my depression and anxiety," the 38-year-old wrote on Instagram, alongside a black and white selfie. "Beyond happy to share this information since there were articles written about it. Might as well give you the full update. Lol. Being a solo act can get heavy sometimes and life can get challenging but I do the best I can and push with positive energy."
Wilkinson, who shares son Hank Baskett Jr., 13, and daughter Alijah Baskett, 9, with ex-husband Hank Baskett, continued, "Back on my feet. Happily working in real estate, taking care of my babies and myself. Great friends. Heart is full of gratitude!!!"
The Kendra on Top alum shared her post two months after her rep confirmed to E! News that the star had visited a Los Angeles emergency room after suffering a panic attack.
The rep added that Wilkinson sought medical treatment after a night of barely any sleep and while feeling overwhelmed juggling her career as a real estate agent and parenting her two kids.
Wilkinson has posted on Instagram sporadically since her health scare, mostly sharing real estate-related content but also offering a glimpse into her personal life.
On Oct. 13, she posted a selfie from a day out on the Malibu coast, writing, "Love going to the beach to write, walk and pray… and eat fries. Have a great weekend!!!"
Then on Oct. 29, Wilkinson shared pics of herself and Alijah from a girls' trip to Disneyland, captioning her post, "Disney date @disneyland."
