Princess Kate has made her first public appearance since completing chemotherapy earlier this month.
Kate, 42, and Prince William attended church Sunday with King Charles III and Queen Camilla at the royal family's place of worship in Scotland near their Balmoral castle estate, according to The Associated Press.
The Princess of Wales revealed in a video message on Sept. 9 that she feels "relief" after completing her chemotherapy treatment. She said her focus is now on "doing what I can to stay cancer-free," and despite finishing chemo, her "path to healing and full recovery" remains "long."
"I must continue to take each day as it comes," she said. "I am, however, looking forward to being back at work and undertaking a few more public engagements in the coming months when I can. Despite all that's gone before, I enter this new phase of recovery with a renewed sense of hope and appreciation of life."
Kate has attended a few public events during her cancer treatment. In June, she made her public return at the Trooping the Colour, the ceremonial celebration of King Charles' birthday. Charles is also battling an unspecified form of cancer.

The following month, she made an appearance with her daughter, Princess Charlotte, at Wimbledon and received a standing ovation. In August, Kate was seen attending service at Crathie Kirk parish church in Scotland with William, 42, Charles, 75, and Camilla, 77, alongside Prince Edward and his wife Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh, and their son, James, Earl of Wessex, according to photos shared by the Daily Mail.
The church is best known as the place of worship for the family when staying at Balmoral Castle in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
